Cashiering
Our department receives funds and processes refunds related to student accounts, other departments, and customer accounts.
We also issue receipts for payments received by cash, check, or credit card.
Please note:
- Your student ID#, your Highline photo ID OR your government issued ID are required when making payments at the Cashier’s window.
- Due to FERPA, when emailing the Cashier’s Office, use your Highline student email to receive detailed information about your student account balance. (Setup your student email by activating your myHCC account.)
Payments accepted for
- Tuition and fees (see tuition due dates)

Parking permits and fines
- Students can purchase parking permits online though the Bookstore
- Test fees
- Transcripts
- Graduation applications
- Library fees
- Calculator rentals
- STEPP (For ALL changes to your schedule, see Cashier's office.)
- Payments can be made online using Internet Explorer https://sec.highline.edu/wts/wccba/waci600.html
- The system will only allow you to pay the entire amount due.
- TIP: If you plan to attend both summer and fall quarters, register and pay for summer BEFORE you register and pay for fall. You can delay fall quarter payment until the due date.
- Payment Methods accepted: Cash, Check, VISA and MasterCard
